• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met: 20 times (20x) the bonus amount.
• The validity period for using a bonus will be stated in the terms of the specific promotion.
• To withdraw winnings earned from bonus bets, the wagering requirement must be fully met.
• jitabt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

jitabt has three VIP levels. You can advance to a higher level by staying regularly active:

• Bronze level: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver level: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold level: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user abuses the bonus system, claims bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempts to meet wagering requirements through manipulation, jitabt reserves the right to forfeit the bonuses from that account and close the account.

All games offered on jitabt, such as slots, fishing games, casino, cricket betting, and bingo, have specific rules that apply.

• The outcome of every game is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• If your internet connection is lost during a game, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to the applicable rules.
• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or suspended, bets will be settled according to jitabt's rules.
• If you have a complaint about a game result, you must notify the support team within 24 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitabt platform:

• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or gain unauthorized access.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
• Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Acting fraudulently or manipulating other users.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus system.
• Attempting to extract benefits by threatening legal action against jitabt.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, jitabt will immediately close the account and the associated funds may be forfeited. The relevant authorities may also be notified if necessary.

jitabt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• To comply with legal obligations or regulatory directives.
